With a background in Accounting, Ligaya has been working in the real estate industry since the 1990’s. She began her career in the Northern Suburbs and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge on real estate matters in this area.

Over the years she has won many awards and has a very impressive track record in real estate sales. She ttributes her success to several things but feels it is mainly due to the years of experience and the passion she feels for her work.

Ligaya also lives and owns a property in the Northern Suburbs and feels that it is a wonderful area to live in. She enjoys meeting and dealing with new people and receives great satisfaction when she achieves that “sought after result” when marketing a property.
